Planning a reception, private party or business meeting? The Mentor Headlands Community Center has 2 spaces available, accommodating groups from 15 to 200 at very reasonable rates. Rates include the use of chairs and tables. A refundable cleaning/damage deposit is required when renting.
The MHCC building includes a large room with banquet seating for 160 and has a stage, as well as a smaller serving kitchen area that can accommodate six 6-foot tables and/or seating for up to 40 people. The kitchen area includes use of a commercial refrigerator, commercial freezer and full stove/oven.
Tables and chairs are provided for both rooms.
Whole building rentals are available at the following rates:
Member - $200 + $100 cleaning/damage deposit
Non-member - $400 + $300 cleaning/damage deposit
Business Member - $250 + $100 cleaning/damage deposit
The smaller serving kitchen area can be rented on its own.
The room seats up to 40 people and can accommodate six 6-foot tables.
The kitchen area comes with a commercial refrigerator, a commercial freezer and a full stove/oven. Tables and chairs are provided.
Small room rentals are available at the following rates:
Member - $75 + $100 cleaning/damage deposit
Non-members - $150 + $100 cleaning/damage deposit
Business Member - $100 + $100 cleaning/damage deposit
Rentals entitle you to use of the room/building from 9 am until 1 am.
Cleaning/damage deposits will be added to the cost of the rental and will be refunded within 7-10 business days after your event, upon follow-up inspection.
Full rental fee, including deposit, will be paid at time of signing rental agreement. All activities, including set-up, take down, deliveries & clean-up must be performed during the rental period.

New members will only receive the member rental rate for bookings that are dated after 90 days of becoming a new member.

There will be a 3.75% conveninece fee for each transaction.
