Planning a reception, private party or business meeting? The Mentor Headlands Community Center has 2 spaces available, accommodating groups from 15 to 200 at very reasonable rates. Rates include the use of chairs and tables. The full rental fee + deposit is required at contract signing. Cleaning/damage deposit is fully refunded if the cleaning checklist is completed & no damages are noted.
The MHCC building includes a large room with a capacity of 160 and has a stage, as well as a smaller kitchen/serving area that can accommodate six 6-foot tables with a capacity of 40. The kitchen area includes use of a commercial refrigerator, commercial freezer and full stove/oven.
Tables and chairs are provided for both rooms.
Whole building rental is available at the following rates (EFFECTIVE 2/1/2025):
Member - $250 + $200 cleaning/damage deposit
Non-member - $500 + $400 cleaning/damage deposit
Business Member - $350 + $200 cleaning/damage deposit
The smaller serving/kitchen area can be rented on its own.
The room has a capacity of 40 and can accommodate six 6-foot tables. The kitchen area comes with a commercial refrigerator, a commercial freezer and a full stove/oven. Tables and chairs are provided.

Member - $100 + $150 cleaning/damage deposit
Non-members - $250 + $250 cleaning/damage deposit
Business Member - $150 + $150 cleaning/damage deposit
Rentals entitle you to use of the room/building from 9 am until 12 am.
Cleaning/damage deposits will be refunded within 7-10 business days after your event, if the cleanup checklist is completed & no damages to the facility are noted.
Full rental fee, including deposit, will be paid at time of signing rental agreement. All activities, including set-up, take down, deliveries & clean-up must be performed during the rental period.

New members will only receive the member rental rate for bookings that are dated after 90 days of becoming a new member.

There will be a 3.75% convenience fee for each transaction.
